Puff pastry rolls with tomatoe and zucchini

ingredients

50 g CIRIO Passata
50 g CIRIO Pomodorini
1 puff pastry roll

2 Courgettes
Salt
Pepper

Preparation
  1. Unroll the puff pastry and cut it in rectangles of the same size.
  2. Slice the zucchini into thick rings and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  3. Cover the whole rectangle with Cirio Passata.
  4. Put a few courgettes slices on puff pastry and leaving half of the slice out of the pastry, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Roll the rectangle making sure you keep the zucchini inside
  6. Put half of a cherry tomato in the centre of the roll and place them on a bake tray.
  7. Bake at 200 °C in a ventilated oven for 10 minutes.
